The Judicial Branch • Acts as the final appeals court – upholds or overthrows verdicts of lower cts. • Consists of 9 Supreme Court Justices • Interprets the Constitution, Federal laws, Treaties and other arguments • Decides whether laws or executive actions are constitutional.
