  6. 1 2 CHANGING BRUSSELS BUILDINGS • bottom-up strategy focused on buildings: • Call for projects “Demonstrative buildings”: • 117 projects (2007 et 2009) • 266.700 m² • 81.000 m² passivhaus • Average energy need reduction : - 75% • Passivhaus becomes standard
