Cycle Count • WcBc is configured for Multiple types of Cycle Counting. • Hard Count: Count every Unit Id. • Soft Count: Count the Number of Units and the Quantity of each Unit.
Hard Count 1) 2) 3) 1) Scan the Cycle Count number from the Batch Sheet. 2) Scan the Location to Count. This is a validation of the Location from what is in the Batch. 3) Scan the Unit Id. This can be any type of Containment. Function Keys F3=Skip to the Next Item/Location Record F4=Soft Count F6=Finish counting all Units for the Item/Location ¹ See the Rules for Entering/Scanning Unit Ids.
Hard Count (Continued) 4) 5) 4) Enter the Quantity Counted for the Item Location. Function Keys F3=Skip to the Next Item/Location Record F6=Finish counting all Units for the Item/Location F8=U/M Help 5) The Transaction Receipted with the “PI” number will be displayed for 2 seconds.
Soft Count 1) 2) 3) 1) Scan the Cycle Count number from the Batch Sheet. 2) Scan the Location to Count. This is a validation of the Location fro what is in the Batch. 3) Press the F4=Key to go into Soft Counting for the Item/Location. Function Keys F4=Soft Count F6=Finish Counting for Item/Location ¹ See the Rules for Entering/Scanning Unit Ids and Item numbers.
