  2. Navigation: • Go to the Request Meals button on TV Main Menu • Use the Arrow keys to move up, down, left or right • Press the OK button select Meal Services once it is highlighted Uses standard Pillow Speaker control buttons to navigate:

  3. Main Menu When you select Request Meals, the system automatically checks the Online Ordering Dining information to verify your Room Service eligibility.

  4. Welcome and Confirmation Screen This should display the Patient Name (you), Date and Time Automatically changes based on “Meal” times Patient confirmation required At Your Service Dining

  5. If Information in Incorrect Online Menu ordering is not available to you at this time. Please call to talk with a Dining Center Operator to place your order. Ext 26340 • Message displays if: • Patient is not room service appropriate • User selects “That’s Not Me” • Returns user to Main Menu 26340

  6. Patient-Specific Menu Only food that you, the patient, are allowed to eat will be displayed. Make your meal selection and press: Next to go to the next screen.

  7. Information Icon All items have an Information icon (i) you may select to see that item’s description and nutrition information.

  8. Information Icon The Information screen displays nutritional information for selected item OK button returns you back to the screen you were on.

  9. Error Message if Only One Selection Allowed You are only allowed ONE Entrée selection

  10. Entrée Condiments Choose your Entrée Condiments then press Next or Back to go to the next screen

  11. Sides & Soups & Salads Make your side dish selection then highlight Next and press OK to go to the next screen.

  12. Desserts Make your Dessert selection and press “Next” to go to the next screen. Remember: to go back, highlight “Back” and press OK

  13. Condiments Make any final Condiment selections and press “Next” to go to the next screen. Remember: You may choose “Order Summary” to review your selections so far.

  14. Beverages You may choose up to 4 beverages. Once you make your selection, highlight and press: Next to go to the next screen. Back returns to previous page

  15. Order Summary When all selections are made, select Order Summary to complete the order

  16. Order Summary Screen The Order Summary indicates selections and nutritional information Select OK to advance to the order placement screen

  17. Order Placement Screen To remove items, check items to remove. Then select Remove Item. The Order screen will automatically update. When complete, select Yes or No

  18. Order Receipt If you select Yes, you will receive a confirmation and indicates delivery time Returns you to the TV Main Menu X 26340 if you
