  1. Directions: Look at your Practice ACT answer sheet. Follow the directions below. • Write this website on the top of your answer sheet: www.revolutionprep.com • Highlight your Revolution ID (6-digit #) in box #3 • Your Password is your last name in all lower case letters. Write it under box #3 • (Ex: “PW: rodriguez”) • Highlight the Test Form in box #5: 6H

  2. Your 6-digit number from box #3 Your last name in all lower case letters

  3. From the menu on the left side, choose “Exams & Scoring.” For the Form Code, choose “6H” from the drop down menu.

  4. Begin inputting your answers by clicking on the corresponding buttons.

  5. Make sure you are entering your answers in the correct section! Test 4 from your answer sheet should go under Section 4-Science on the website.

  6. Check your answers! Once you are done inputting, hit the “Submit Answer Sheet” button on the bottom.

  7. You will need to type in your essay.

  8. Type in your essay just as you wrote it. You want to get authentic feedback of what you wrote in 30 minutes. When you’re done, hit the “Finish” button.

  9. The next screen will be your results for the MC section. Click on the PDF to get your full report.

  10. A PDF of your scores will pop up. Click on the save button to save it onto your desktop.

  11. ASave As box will pop up. Be sure to add on your full name at the end of the file name. Be sure to save it onto your Desktop!

  12. Log into your Google Drive & upload the PDF into your class folder.

  13. There will be a time stamp of when you uploaded your PDF! All results must be uploaded into the class folder no later than Wed, 9-11-13 @ 12 midnight!
