Competencies at CRA • Every position at the CRA has a job competency profile • Two types: Behavioural and Technical • Each competency has a definition, a progression of scale and underlying notions
Job Competency Profile • Five to eight behavioural competencies • Two mandatory for all non-executive jobs • Client Service Orientation • Conflict Resolution • Three additional mandatory in manager/supervisor jobs • Team Leadership • Conflict Management • Developing Others • Three to five technical competencies
