Strategies for Collaboration • Experiment with a late arrival or early dismissal day • Stay late after school once per month • Treat collaboration as the equitant of school committee responsibilities • In elementary schools, divide labor for instruction to save time • Reduce other work • Special educators, reserve time in daily schedule
