Abouttheauthor It is believed that William Shakespeare was born in 1564, in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, England. A Midsummer Night’s Dream is one of his early comedies, composed around 1594. It was written as a light entertainment to accompany a marriage celebration.
More Abouttheauthor William Shakespeare is known as one of the greatest writers of all times. His works are popular as he wrote about human nature and behaviour, and his ideas are as relevant today as they were 400 years ago.
