Overview • The PLRC website now offers a new functionality allowing you to add access to the Membership Portal on prolabresourcecenter.kodak.com for your staff • You can: • manage users and enable their access to resources on the Membership Portal • set their level of access to the DP2 software (if applicable) • set their ability to request services

  3. How-to • Step 1: Visit the site • Go to prolabresourcecenter.kodak.com and click on the “Member Login” link on the left-hand side • Step 2: Login • Enter your login information

How-to • Step 3: Open the User Module • Click on the “User Management” link on the left-hand side • Step 4: Manage Users • You can now add and manage your users, including giving them instant access to the website. • This page shows you an up-to-date overview of who, from your lab, has access to the Member Portal

How-to • To Add a User • Click the “Add User” button in the upper-right corner to set up new users • Enter User Information • Fill out and submit the following info: • Status: determines if the user can login to the website. Set to “Active” to enable login • User Type: set to the applicable selection from the following choices: Marketing, Customer Service, Technical, Operations, and Owner. This selection does not have impact on functionality or level of access. • DP/2: Set access “Yes/No” to the downloadable assets for the DP/2 software (only applicable if you are a license holder) • Order Services: set “Yes” to allow request of services from the site • Enter user’s personal information • Set the user’s password

  6. How-to • To Edit User Information or Reset Password • 1. First, select a user from the user listing, and click the “Edit” button • 2. Scroll down to the password section and enter in a new password and submit.

  7. How-to • To Delete a User • 1. First, select a user from the user listing, and click the “Edit” button • 2. Click the “Delete” button in the upper-right corner • 3. Confirm by clicking the “Yes” button
