CBAM 0- Awareness- I am not concerned about it 1- Informational- I would like to know more about it 2- Personal- I would like to know what I will gain from this work 3- Management- I am wondering how I can find the time to do a good job 4- Consequence- Now that I’ve looked at the data, I am wondering how I can improve the outcomes 5- Collaboration- I need to meet with others to improve my implementation of this concept 6- Refocusing- I have ideas on how to improve this concept

Transformative • Third Grade “Across the Wide Dark Sea”/inferences/ Why are people moving to the Highlands? • Second Grade/ Time/ Create a story map about a day in their life using time images • Fifth Grade/ How a bill becomes law/ each student proposes a bill for the classroom/community and tracks it through the 3 Branches of Government • Third Grade/ Water Resources/ Students take on role as a city worker in the city of Aurora to improve water conservation
