Committee has examined and/or pursued recently: Improved denial of benefits (appeal instructions) letter Revision of the “no exceptions” policy such that subscribers could ask for a Tier 3 drug at the Tier 2 copayment price, if medically necessary Implementation of qualifying adults policy Expanded campus childcare/child development center Adoption/implementation of a campus wellness program benefit Adoption of a (uniform) paid maternity and/or family leave policy for UA employees
