Current Methods • The most hi-tech parkers may rely on tweets from the parking office • Unreliable • Inaccurate within an hour
The Solution: iPark App • iPark will track parking spots on campus and provide students with the ability to quickly and easily find parking on campus at a location convenient for them.

Smartphone App iPhone Android
How it will work • Sensors will be located on each student parking spot on campus. • When the user opens the app they can select: • The parking lot they would like to park in • A building they would like to park near.
How it will work • A computer generated image of the parking lot will appear with each spot color coded for filled or vacant
Parking with App • Benefits: • Quickly and easily find parking • Reduced commute time • Less stress
Competitive Advantage • iPark comes equipped with a hands-free voice activated virtual assistant to find them a parking spot. • For example, by saying, “Find me a parking spot in the CEBA lot,” the virtual assistant will find a spot nearby and give turn by turn directions and show it on the map.
Competitive Advantage • Simple System • Reduces Routine Maintenance • Reduces day to day problems • Long Battery Life of Sensors • Batteries last 10+ years
Financing • $5 per semester increase to parking fee. • $1.99 one time cost to purchase the app. • $200,000 per year in revenue from parking fees. • $5,000 per year from new app purchases.
