DCSE Mission Statement The DCSE mission is to promote family independence by reducing dependency of single parent households through that collection of monetary child support payments and medical support from non-custodial parents. This mission is achieved through the effective use of paternity establishment programs, aggressive case processing enforcements techniques, efficient collection, and prompt distribution of support payments.
DCSE Functions Locate Absent Parents Establish Paternity for children born out-of-wedlock Establish and Modify Cash Court Orders Establish Medical Support Orders Collect, process and distribute collections from Non-custodial parents

Accomplishments • Began Wide-Spread Marketing of the Stored Value Card • Kick-off the Implementation of DACSES Replacement Project

Current Project StatusThe project planning phase Comprehensive work break down structure and schedule is nearing completion. Also included development of 18 management plans, deliverable templates and other infrastructure resources.The Joint Application Designs (JAD) sessions are completed. The functional design documents are being developed for the State’s review.The technical design Development phase has begun. Conversion planning and data cleanup are underway.Implementation is projected for the first quarter of calendar year 2013. DACSES Replacement Project
