Rebasing the DDDS Direct Support Professional Rates “The Department of Health and Social Services, Developmental Disabilities Services (35-11-00) shall study and submit findings on the costs associated with rebasing the Inventory for Client and Agency Planning based rate setting system. The report should be submitted to the Controller General and the Office of Budget and Management by January 15, 2014.”
