  15. Regelgeving:gezamenlijk verantwoordelijkheid CROW werkgroep Asfalt (WGA) bestaat uit opdrachtgevers en opdrachtnemers. Informatie van de andere asfalt componenten kan helpen om specificaties te verbeteren en daarmee betere wegen te garanderen. Discussie is gaande om WGA open te stellen voor andere deelnemers.
