Then write the Body of the letter, explaining the strengths of the student – you (refer to the PowerPoint). This will be a full paragraph of 8-10 sentences. Last, write a Conclusion (refer to the PowerPoint). This will be 2-3 sentences. Sincerely, Mr. John Smith English teacher • Block format • No indentation • Double space between paragraphs • Single space within paragraphs

Body • Give examples of your relationship with the student • How do you know the student? • How long have you known the student? • What makes this student special?
