    14. Other Insurance As we’ve already mentioned, you must enroll in an HDHP to be eligible for an HSA. You can not have any other comprehensive insurance such as Medicare, TRICARE or TRICARE For Life or used any VA medical services within the past 3 months. You also cannot have a general Health Care Flexible Spending Account such as FSAFEDS. Someone cannot claim you as a dependent on their tax return. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements for an HSA you will be enrolled in an HRA. We will discuss HRA more in detail later on in the presentation.
