  9. Student/Resident Fees • Once added to system by administrator, students should be able to log on. • Directed to online payment page. • Pay with Amex, Visa, Master card or Discover and wait for approval • Account will automatically be activated and student can begin using the system

  10. Evaluations Evaluation and Survey Instrument (EASI) • Customizable to meet NCOPE’s needs • Real-time results in live summary, spreadsheet or detailed reports with graphs and charts

  11. Logging Patient Encounters Resident • Key word search – quickly locate ICD codes by word, partial word or phrase • Student/resident can search for previous encounters easily • Organized by case number

  13. Attaching Documents • 3 per clinical site – Sub Administrator or Residency Director • Resident can start a portfolio for future use in O & P
