Applicants View • Once job is posted, applicants may begin to apply. • Three ways to apply • Upload a resume into BrassRing • Enter work and education into online forms • Complete a paper application and submit to DAS HRE for manual entry • Complete other online questions as presented • Let me show you

  5. Qualification Review • As applicants apply, HRE staff review the applications for qualifications. • Notices are sent to all applicants based on their application as compared to minimum qualifications for the job. • All qualified applicants are viewable to the hiring departments.

  6. Hire Lists Issued • When posting is closed, HRE staff finish minumum qualification review. • Hire lists are issued; goal is within 2 business days after the posting closes. • Hire lists are Excel spreadsheets that contain basic contact information and responses to any screening question. • Hire lists also include underutilization characteristics if the job is underutilized.
