In absence of communications with KEEs, there is too much mystery around our lack of communications” “We need to choose KEEs correctly. If we are not using a Global approach, it could lead to missing something big” “This is a great initiative and as the processes are formed, that the lead of the group ensures they are engaging the right internal stakeholders to ensure objectives of the group are met” “We need a CRM system so we can coordinate better. We need to retire the BOLD system and get into the 21st century”
