HANSEN, Ph.D., is widely recognized both nationally and internationally for her expertise in all phases of performance contracting. She has consulted for performance contracting companies, governments, and multi-lateral development banks, and has trained hundreds of professionals, including both end users and ESCO personnel, to use this financing mechanism effectively. Active in the U.S. and abroad, she has conducted workshops, developed manuals, and offered consultation in over 30 countries in energy performance contracting, marketing analysis, and business plan development. Dr. Hansen chairs the Board of Directors of the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol, Inc., is a member of the Advisory Board and the Hall of Fame of the Association of Energy Engineers, and the Advisory Board of Energy & Environmental Management magazine.
