the national religion of Thailand is Buddhism. • The religion in Thailand shapes what they think of animals and how they treat them.
Buddhists believe that humans are reincarnated as humans so they also believe that its wrong to kill animals as they could have been some one you knew or a family member.
Also this means that allot of Buddhists are vegetarians some even take it as far to be a vegan ( some one who doesn't eat any animals produce egg milk, honey ,eggs
