Problematic strategies of communication: • Using exactly same categories as everybody else • Using exclusively religious categories • Both approaches ultimately render theological insight irrelevant
Criteria of Distinctiveness: • Commonly intelligible, but uncomfortably demanding • Christologically-conditioned • Good news, not just bad new • Must practice what we preach
