  3. What is a smart board? • A smart board is an interactive display that connects to a computer and projector • First introduced in 1991 by Smart technologies

  6. What exactly does the smart board have to offer? • Touch System • The Digital Pens • Save function • Smart Notebook

  7. Teacher Uses Teach interactive lessons It’s easy to use! Opens up multimedia opportunities (ex. Digital Storytelling, video player, recorder) Stimulates different learning styles Surf the Web with their students Word Processing: notes for class, lessons, etc. Read electronic books with students
