How and where we work • Interns work 7 hours per day (35 hours per week) • Flexibility of working hours • Start from 07:00 to 12:00 (+ 7 hours) • Our interns decide when to start their working day • Interns work with projects • We don’t check the hours cause we all believe in the ethical approach to work and in the work culture • We prefer to check results, not working hours • Working hours: we give flexibility to our interns • online work (home-office) 4 days / week • We can alternatively work also 4 days/week (4 hours/day) in our office-cafè • office work, company meeting, 1 day / week • we cooperate with Zacharzewski&Partners international law firm • our office-apartmentavailable in Kraków • 4 days per week from 08:00 to 17:00 • kitchen available • our office-cafè available in Kraków • from 12:05 to 16:05 • daily work on our crmbusiness software Zoho • All data and files must be uploaded on ZOHO documents • Folder - Interns (public)
OUR MEETINGS • BOARD MEETINGS (no interns) • Where: company office • When: • every Tuesday only Board from 15:30 to 17:00 • every Thursday Board + business area managers from 15:30 to 17:00 • BRAINSTORMING • It’s a call to army for all of us • We develop during the meeting all our ideas • When: we meet twice per month (every second Thursday) • each Thursday we either meet for brainstorming or for monthly sales reports • Place: company office • 1 to 1 reports (individual weekly reports with our interns) • Reports in word files • This is a business recap with the company coordinators • We monitor the performance of the intern • Place: office cafè • Team reports • Weekly business reports (excel file) • When: every Wednesday • Place: office cafè • Monthly business reports (excel file) • When: reports twice per month (every second Thursday) • Place: company office
