Phase 1 (2013 – 2015) - additional funding resources is not required - 11 Recommendations (1, 3 to 7, 9 to 13) • Phase 2 (2015 – 2017) - involve funding allocation - 2 Recommendations (2 & 8)
Implementation Plan For Phase 1 (2013 – 15) Strategy I Enhancing IT capacity for NGOs of different sizes, in particular those lagging behind the general trend
Strategy II Providing more Flexibility in Funding IT Projects
Strategy III Enhancing data security and web accessibility
Strategy IV Sharing of resources and experiences in IT development and management
Implementation Plan For Phase 2 (2015 – 17) Recommendation 2 To advocate IT planning and to consider the provision of additional resources to assist NGOs in conducting comprehensive IT plans that are in line with their current state of IT adoption and business objectives
Implementation Plan For Phase 2 (2015 – 17) Recommendation 8 To expand the ambit of the Block Grant under the LF to provide funding support for replacement and upgrading of IT infrastructure • Funding Resources Implication • Begin from the third through fifth year • Consultation and administrative procedures
