HS & EHS Lesson Plan Documentation All blank lines must be filled in before given to your Center Director Center Director must initial all pages of the lesson plan documentation before the lesson is taught Consistency on all pages at the top of the lesson plan documentation Lesson plan documentation is due into education department on a monthly basis
Head Start Daily Lesson Plan There needs to be at least 2 transition activities documented daily Pedestrian Safety and Bus Evacuation Activities Mental Health/Health/Dental and Nutrition Activities
