Fellowship Requirements • Meet U.S. citizenship requirements • Accepted into a consortium doctoral program • Beginning doctoral studies in 2005 or 2006, i.e. new students • Full-time • Intend to focus on birth to 21 VI population.
Selection Criteria • Evidence of Academic Performance or Potential • Evidence of Preparation for the Profession • Evidence of Professional Experience • Evidence of Leadership Activities • Letters of Reference • Written Response to Essay Questions
