Asset Management Under the Asset Management model outlined in the Operating Fund Rule at 24 CFR 990.280, PHAs will replace their Cost Allocation Methods with a System of Fees. Page 2
Fee Income Type 1: Conventional Fees: • Management Fees: • Public Housing – Property Management Fees at $65.07 per occupied unit plus HUD approved vacant unit. • Section 8 – 20% of administrative fees earned or $12.00 per leased up unit of HCV and MOD whichever is higher; and 15% of administrative fees earned on HOPWA and Shelter Plus Care leased up units. • Bookkeeping Fees – at $7.50 per occupied unit plus HUD approved vacant unit • Asset Management Fees - $10.00 per ACC unit • Capital Fund Program Management Fees – at 10% of program funds • ARRA Fees – at 10% of program funds Page 3
