6. What should you do when an employee suddenly feels the need to adorn her office with religious statues, pictures, and icons? Your initial reaction may be to leave the situation alone as long as, in your objective opinion, it doesn’t appear to go overboard. On the other hand, once a coworker makes mention of the fact that she’s not comfortable entering the initial employee’s cubicle because of the overly religious tone that has been established, it may be reasonable for you to initiate a conversation with that employee. So what do you say?
