Norwegian Workshop Madrid 2010September 30th, 2010 • Dear Partner, • As every year, we are organizing our Annual Workshop in Spain, an unique opportunity to meet personally the Spanis travel trade and introduce and promote your products in this market. • This year we are running a Norwegian Workshop. We hope this would give you the chance to have more meetings since there will be less number of exhibitors. • We have also changed the location of the event. We have chosen Hotel de las Letras, which is a boutique hotel recently opened in Gran Vía, with a convenient location and very good facilities. • We will start the workshop at 10:00 and finish at 17:30. A buffet/cocktail lunch will be served between 14.00 and 15.30 in the same meeting room. • We will close the event with a big party for travel agencies in a famous disco at Madrid. • As always, our priority will be tour operators working with Scandinavia but we will also invite new operators, incentive agencies and big travel agencies dealing with leisure and groups. • If you have not booked your participation for the workshop, the deadline for both forms is July 10. We recommend you to book as early as possible. Content will be confirmed. • 21:00 Welcome dinner. Restaurant will be confirmed • September 30th • 09:30 Organization of the desks by the exhibitors • 10:00 Workshop starts • 13:30 Cocktail/Buffet lunch. As the cocktail will take place in the middle of the workshop place, • meetings can continue if needed. • 15:00 Workshop • 17:30 End of the workshop • 22:30 Norwegian Party for Travel Agents in a disco in Madrid

  4. Included in the workhsop fee • A table for your company. The table will display the name of your company. • Name badges. • Fact sheet about your company included in the product manual. • Market Manual with information about confirmed visitors to the workshop. • Dinner in Madrid. • Lunch in Madrid. • During the workshop, coffee service. • Innovation Norway will prepay all hotels, and will bill you afterwards. Personal expenses and consumption must by paid by each participant when checking out. • Final report with complete information about assistants.
