  2. c-PRO Objective • No centralized database to keep Macau patients’ records between Kiang Wu Hospital, Conde de S. Januário Hospitaland Heath Centers. • Patients has no way to get their own records.

  3. c-PRO Solution • A system which includes centralized database, related application and equipment will be created. • A Client key will be used instead of the current DDS card for each registered patients. • Web base interface will be provided to the clients to get their records.

  4. c-PRO Concept 1 • Doctor can retrieve the patient records by using Client Key • A corresponding application will be provided to doctor to update the patient records • Data in Client Key will be sync after the meeting with doctor • All the important health information and donor information will be stored in Client Key

  5. c-PRO Concept 2 • An admin application will be provided for maintaining Staff Information, client records and Client Key. • Statistic report will also be included in Admin Application. • Even patient in foreign countries, they can still retrieve their records through Internet
