In the pipeline… • OCE Postdoc, Seontae Kim, just submitted a paper to Nature • A paper on how extreme El Nino will change in a warming climate to appear in Nature Climate Change (Cai leads) • A paper on global warming hiatus to appear in Nature Climate Change (Prof. Matt England leads, UNSW) • A paper on extreme IOD with NatureCai leads) • Cai and colleagues commissioned by Nature for a Review article on “global hot spots” In Oct. Cai was invited to join, and attended, a China road show of Nature’s Editorial Board
