  2. $ Requested this phase: $0 Project Phase cert request: Closeout Project Start Date: 11/1/06 Project End Date: 6/30/08 Total Project Value and expended to date: $886,000 OSAH SBHC Telehealth Project – Certification Request

  3. Develop a telehealth infrastructure for school-based health centers statewide to assist them in clinical best practices, patient consultation, health promotion strategies and training. 22 SBHC sites statewide are now equipped and operating. Telepsychiatry consultation is taking place at 15 SBHC sites. To date, training provided to 20 SBHC sites on clinic operations. To date, training afforded to providers at 6 SBHCs on clinical best practices for adolescents. OSAH SBHC Telehealth Project Scope Major Accomplishments Key Lessons Learned • Better understanding of RFP process for planning purposes and working with State Purchasing. • Partnership with the General Services Department established earlier in the project.
