  2. “A picture is worth thousand words”  ABOUT DE5IGN ABOUT FRODITE KAPASSA AfroditeKapassa. London, UK. I was born in Athens, Greece, in 1986. I studied industrial design at the University of Aegean in the Department of Product and Systems Design Engineering at Hermoupolis, Syros. Through this course I had the opportunity to fulfill my potential and learn how to use new technologies sciences and arts creatively. I focused on the design of functional solutions in varying areas covered by the Graphic and Applied Arts, Product Design and Industrial Design. I chose human-computer interaction as my major, which includes lessons such as design for all, multimedia design cognitive science and information design. What attracted me the most was the field of communication and interaction design. Today, I'm doing my master in Design for Communication at University of Westminster in London, United Kingdom. There I learn to appreciate and deal with graphic design, corporate identity, advertising, packaging & product design, typography, illustration, photography and more.I am constantly striving to improve myself and my powers, which identifies the equilibrium between creativity and design as a design science.'You never stop to learn' , someone said.
