CFSScontains catalyst unit (USA patented) thathomogenizesand reformulates fuel onmolecular level, resulting in the increase of it’s octane or cetanevalue, better combustion andelimination of carbon build-up. Concequently, energy is used more efficiently. In addition, maintenance periods are significantly prolonged and no boiler overhoul is required. • The guaranteed saving on gas installations is 5%, while with LPG, oil, fuel oil and petroleum the saving is 12-15%, in practice reaching up to20% in savings.

  6. CFSS implementation guarantees fuel costs reduction and simplifies planning, monitoring and fine tuning of different cost-affecting functions. That is accomplished by combined action of following components: • The CS fuel homogenization and reformulation unit – a compact catalyst device that enables better fuel combustion, resulting in permanent fuel consumption reduction • The CS fuel tank control unit – prevents unauthorized fuel transfer • The CS tracking unit – enables real time GPS vehicle tracking; may include panic button and/or black box options.

So far, Comet fuel saving system has been installed in three mines, two in Serbia and one in Bosnia: - Open pitCopper Mine VelikiKrivelj, town of Bor, Serbia - copper, gold and silver ore - Open pitCopper mine Majdanpek, Serbia - copper, gold and silver ore - Mineand Thermal Power Plant Ugljevik, Bosnia - coal

VelikiKrivelj mine in Bor, Serbia owns 20 BELAZ 75306 dumpers with a load capacity of 220 tons each.These vehicles are powered by CUMMINS QSK60-C engines.We tested the COMET Fuel Saving system for 12 months with excellent performance results: 7,75% savingsreached.In the month of August, a single BL60 dumper consumed 31.600l of diesel fuel for 294mhand had an average fuel consumption of 107.48l / mh,while the BL65(with CFSS) vehicle consumed 30.010l for 306mh in the same period and had average consumption of 98.07l / mh. In August, savings of 8.75% were achieved..

  10. Mine and thermal power plant Ugljevik has a fleet of 35 BELAZ 75135 dumpers, carrying capacity of 110 tons each. During three months (Aug-Oct 2017) fuel consumption of the BL16 vehicle with installed Comet Fuel Saving Systemwas measured. It reached 75,450 liters. In the same period a control vehicle (without CFSS) had burned 81.169 liters of fuel. Conclusion was made that by implementing CFSS 7% of fuel was saved.

  11. The CS Catalyst Unit (CSCU) is a non-mechanical, maintenance free device. It is installed within the fuel line, between the fuel tank and the engine. CSCU body is made of a patented mixture of metallic alloys that, when exposed to any hydrocarbon-based fuel, constructively modifies molecular sequence and structure of that fuel, resulting in more efficient combustion and, consequently, respectable energy savings. • When properly installed, CSCU delivers fuel efficiency improvement of at least 5% for gas fuels and at least 12% for liquid fuels; reduces greenhouse gas emission up to 60%; extends maintenance intervals and cuts affiliated costs; prolongs motor oil life and life of engine itself.

A compact, yet robust CS tracking unit (CSTU) is installed in a way that does not change neither the interior nor engine performance of selected fleet vehicle . • CSTU uses GPS system for vehicle location and GSM network for real time data transfer to head office. • Different fleet management functions, such as vehicle telematics (tracking and diagnostics), routing, dispatching, speed and fuel management, driving behavior (itinerary, detours and stops), various on-board information or security status, can be monitored and fine-tuned. • Warranty on CSTU functionality expands over the entire period defined by contract. Technical support and crew training are included.

  14. MULTIPLE CONTROL Comet Fuel Saving System reads and compares the data on the pump's discharge, the charge of the tank and the actual fuel consumption of the engine.

Generated data analysis enables an accident reconstruction • When vehicle alarm is activated, a built-in device alerts the client by sending a sms message or by making a telephone call. • Guaranteed savings in a system with consistently controlled fuel consumption are minimum 5 %, while our best result so far was fuel savings of 27 %.

Letter of recommendation to whom it may concern This is to certify that COMET Fuel Saving System has been installed on vehicle BELAZ 75306 with engine Cummins QSK60-C (1715/2300 KW/HP) in the Copper mine "VelikiKrivelj" within the BorCopper Mine. We tested the system for 12 months, the performance of COMET Fuel Saving system has been very good and about 7,75% saving achieved. In August (01.08.-31.08.), The BL60 vehicle consumed 31.600l of diesel fuel for 294mhh and had an average fuel consumption of 107.48l / mh, while the BL65 vehicle spent 30.010l for 306mh in the same period and had average consumption in the calculated days from 98.07l / mh. In August, savings of 8.75% were achieved. We appreciate the green energy efforts of COMET Fuel Saving System, toward reducing the fuel consumption, black smoke and carbon emission.
