Fruit for the Caterpillar. Based on the book The Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle. A caterpillar popped out of an egg. He was very hungry. He started to look for some food. He found a nice red apple. He ate through the round apple. But he was still very hungry.

  2. A caterpillar popped out of an egg. He was very hungry. He started to look for some food.

  3. He found a nice redapple. He ate through the round apple. But he was still very hungry.

  4. He found a yellowbanana. He peeled the skin and ate through the banana. But he was still very hungry.

  5. He found two redcherries. He ate through one round cherry. But he was still very hungry.

  6. He found a greenfig. He ate through the fig. It had many seeds inside. But he was still very hungry.

  7. He found a bunch of purplegrapes. He ate through one juicy grape. But he was still very hungry.

  8. He found two greenkiwis. He ate through one kiwi. But he was still very hungry.

  9. He found a yellowlemon. He ate through the lemon, but it was very sour. And he was still very hungry.

  10. He found a yellowmelon. He ate through the melon. This was much better than the lemon. But he was still very hungry.

  11. He found a round orange. The skin was very hard and orange. He ate through the orange. But he was still very hungry.

  12. He found a nice greenpear. He ate through the pear. But he was still very hungry.

  13. He found a nice purpleplum. He ate through the juicy plum. But he was still very hungry.

  14. He found a small redraspberry. He ate through the soft raspberry. But he was still very hungry.

  15. He found a small redstrawberry. It had many black seeds on the skin. He ate through the strawberry. But he was still very hungry.

  16. He found an orangetangerine. He ate through the tangerine. The skin was very hard like that of the orange. But he was still very hungry.

  17. At last he found a big greenwater melon. He ate through the water melon. It was red inside. He was not hungry any more.

  18. That night he had a tummy ache! So he built a cocoon to have a little rest.

  19. He nibbled a hole in the cocoon, pushed his way out… He was a beautiful butterfly!
