Background The Agility & Supply Chain Management Centre was founded in 2000 It builds on the group’s expertise in agile and responsive manufacturing The centre also assists in the development of new products and marketing Reduce Operating Costs To assist SMEs in the region: • Awareness of agility & supply chain capabilities • Dissemination of best practice to SMEs • Assisting with the implementation of process improvement programmes • Assisting SMEs to achieve strategic growth in existing and new markets Increase Capacity Create New Markets
