  3. What is the advantage of WF-RepTool for me as a take back system? • We use WF_RepTool system because: • Uniform structured data • Flow charts of reports • Quality reports • Provide confidentiality data • Reduce the number of excel file and time spending to complete the reports

  4. It is important to provide traceability and quality data , and WF_RepTool system fulfills and it matches with values of RoRec Association .

  5. Why do we use WF-RepTool while others don’t? • WF_RepTool is not mandatory , it is a choice ! • We chose this tool because: • we can have a better visualization of a downstream monitoring • it is a tool that can be improved/developed anytime • the treatment operators are responsible for the quality and performance of their reports. • we can have a quick analysis of reports ( compare data reports, hazardous fractions reports, recycling and recovery quota reports, treatments operators reports)
