Issuers of individual and group health insurance policies are required to pay a new fee to help fund the new organization. • $1 PMPY (‘14) / $2 PMPY (‘15) • Transitional Reinsurance Program Fee. Program to help stabilize premiums for coverage in the individual market during calendar years 2014 through 2016 • $63 per covered life for 2014
