Team structure – Research and development Asst. Development technologist
Key development areas • Technical development through research activities/ workshops/ coffee and tea schools • Trial management • Food safety and systems auditing • Validation through sensory and physical testing • Negotiation and leadership skills • Project management • Presentation and organisational skills
Knowledge and skills required • Passion for technical development of beverage and food products • Ability to work independently • Great team worker with excellent communication skills • Attention to detail and action orientated with good planning skills • Ability to understand market trends and translate to efficient product delivery
