Case Study - Building Control Services Joint Venture A consortia of 4 local authorities wish to investigate the provision of joint working arrangements in respect of the management of their respective Building Control services. In particular, the authorities wish to consider a proposal to establish a single corporate vehicle for the provision of Building Control services across their administrative areas.
