Web data analysis by Sophus3 • The methodology involves several stages of analysis: • Review of Advertiser’s year-to-date traffic • Cleanse data of “noise” due to other online campaigns • Cleanse data due to general online trends, seasonality etc. • Correlation analysis of newspaper campaigns to site traffic • Correlation and normalisation analyses of TV campaign to site traffic • Tracking and analysis of online newspaper campaigns • By accounting for all other non-campaign related web traffic generation, the Sophus3 analysis process is able to identify traffic increases generated by national newspaper advertising (both paper format and online newspaper sites) and the TV ad.
