The Work Keys Locating Information is an employee’s skill in using information taken from workplace graphics such as diagrams, floor plans, tables, forms, graphs, flowcharts, and instrument gauges. Locating Information: Level 5 skills are: (sample) • Summarize and/or compare information and trends in a single place/form/control • Summarize and/or compare information and trends among more than one location and determine the relationship of the information • Summarize and/or compare information and trends among more than one workplace graphic, such as a bar chart and a data table showing related information; in order to accomplish this, the examinee must sort through distracting information
