Shooting : Licence Fee, Terms & Conditions • Licence Fee: Rs 2 Lacs/Day for Byculla/Mulund Mill for ‘A’ grade films/advertisement shootings. • 50% discount in licence fee will be given for `B’ grade films, TV, Regional films, still photo shoots, set preparation, set removal and intermittent off days. In all such cases, Rs 1 Lac/Day will be charged. • Service Tax @ 12.36% will be charged on the Licence Fee. • Security Deposit @ 25% of total Licence Fee to be paid at the time of booking. • 25% extra Licence fee will be charged for shooting after 7 PM. • Refund of Security Deposit in case of Cancellation: Before: 5 days-50%, Upto 5 days-No refund. • Facilities available: (Except area used by R&C and its clients) Workshop-covered/open area, Guest House-I/Gr. Floor, Template Building-Gr./I Floor, Admin Building (Gr./I Floor), Recreation Hall, Central Store, Dispatch Hall, Cemented/Labour colony Ground, III Floor Conference Room/Office, Terrace on Corporate/Annex Building.
Booking dates will be confirmed only after deposit of security deposit. • Full Licence Fee and applicable Security Deposit have to be deposited atleast 2 days before date of the shooting failing which R&C has a right to cancel the booking and allot the premises to any other Producer. In such case, full Security deposit will be forfeited. • No refund will be made if shooting is cancelled/postponed due to any reason whatsoever, e.g., rain, flood, storm, riot, strike, fire, accident, death, etc. • Licence fee will be charged from the day first vehicle enters in R&C premises with shooting material till the day last vehicle leaves with shooting material and booked area is handed back to R&C after removing all the shooting material, garbage, waste, packing material, left-over food and cleaning of the area. • In case of non-cleaning of garbage, left-over food, packing or shooting material by Producer, 25% of licence fee/day plus cost of removing such material will be charged and deducted from the security deposit.
Security deposit will be refunded only after submission of TDS certificate, No Dues Certificate from Admin. Dept. and payment of Water/Electricity and any other charges. • Payment: DD/Pay order/Bankers Cheque in favour of Richardson & Cruddas (1972) Ltd. or thru RTGS in SBI, Byculla, Mumbai A/c No.: 32517946635, IFSC Code: SBIN0000343, R&C PAN No.: AAACR5670A. • Producer will be responsible for all statutory/Police/Traffic/Fire Brigade/Labour/BMC permissions/Music/Sound permission and ensure that no provision of any law in force is contravened. R&C will not take any responsibility whatsoever for any breach of any law or rules framed by any statutory or Municipal Authority. Any penalty levied by authorities on R&C due to any breach of any law will be recovered from the Producer. • Producer will be responsible for any accident, theft, fire, injury of its workers and make proper safety/security arrangement, medical emergency arrangement, and take adequate fire/accident/medical insurance, etc.
R&C will not be responsible for any damage/theft of the equipments/goods of the Producer. • Producer will be responsible for any damage/theft of R&C property during the booking period. • R&C facilities are offered on "As is Where is", “Caveat Emptor” and “No Complaint” basis only. R&C will not be responsible if Producer is not able to carry out Shooting for any reason whatsoever. • Electricity has to be arranged by the Producer. R&C can provide electricity upto 1000 KVA @ Rs. 25/unit (Tata Power rate + M&R expense, infrastructure cost, transmission loss, man power cost, etc.) • Rs 10000 per day will be charged for using Over-head Cranes/Fork Lift including Electricity/Diesel/Manpower. • In case of delay in settlement of final bill, interest @ 18% p.a. will be charged. R&C has a right to stop entry/exit of the Producer vehicles or withheld shooting material in case of pending bills.
