(All Math classes will have a minimum enrollment of 40 students) *Thinking in Multiple Time Frames (Goal is to have a 6 computers in each classroom and integrated Math instruction) Strengthening Relationships *Getting to Know Each Other (Two truths and a lie)

Building a Shared Vision Create a shared context by: acquiring shared experiences developing shared language surfacing background information making efforts to put oneself in the other persons shoes The purpose is to enable people to think from each others point of view. The essence of this type of activity is understanding.

    10. Building a Shared Vision Strengthening Relationships by having activities that support people getting to know each other. It is easier to listen to a persons thinking when one has experienced that persons humanity. The essence of this type of activity is interpersonal communication.

    11. Creating a shared context Participants must be able to think from one anothers points of view. They do not have to agree with someone elses perspective, but they do have to understand it.
