    1. The trying times that Europe had during the time that Anne Frank was in hiding. By Andy and Taylor

    2. Hitler 1914-Hitler joins Army in WWI. 1920-Nazi party formed. 1921-Hitler named leader of Nazi party. 1933-Hitler named dictator of Germany. In 1938 Hitler began the Holocaust. World War II began in 1940. On April 30, 1945 Adolph Hitler commit suicide.

    3. The Nazis Second in command was Heinrich Himmler. Two types of nazi. Christian men recruited. Hitler said future depended on youth. Nazis were trained to have no tolerance. Nazis were allowed to shoot Jews. During battle nazis took heroin.

    4. The Holocaust and Concentration Camps 9 million Jews died. Feces on the ground. Auschwitz was the most notorious camp. Rats and varmint all over. Diseases thrived on weak bodies. Einsatzgruppen (Mobile Killing Machines) patrolled the streets.

    5. D-Day Allies attempt to liberate mainland Europe. Troops flew in by air and sailed in by Sea. Famous for bunker battles. 9,000 Casualties and 3,000 Fatalities.

    6. Liberation Late April early May. April 27-Fascist Italian Leader captured. April 30-Allies win battle of Berlin. Loss of Berlin made Hitler commit suicide. May 4th 1945, the Nazis officially surrender.
