  2. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!! • This may seem intimidating, but each and every one of you sitting there in those chairs but we were all in the exact position you were in this time last year. You are all becoming health professionals, not just some kids! This is an amazing opportunity, don’t let it pass you by!

  3. So What Was It? • We were hired as interns through the “American Journal of Health Promotion” (Bill Baun) • We worked at a conference in a huge convention center that hosted guest speakers and presentations. Combination of AJHP (2,000) & IHRSA (10,000) • Basically: Health professionals from all across the country (and the world!) coming together to see speakers and workshops, and network.

  4. Features: -“Wonka-vator” -Indoor & outdoor areas -Looks out over San Diego Bay, with “Fitness-Island”

  5. So What Did We DO? • Working for Bill Baun • Surveys • Tallying/Recording Results • Photocopying (FedEx) • Being a “Gopher” • Doorman/Doorladies • Information Booth • Singing for CEU’s • Aid to Speakers • Technical Setup (ppt) • Information Distribution • Recording Audience • Cleanup
