Dandelion (Harilik võilill) Useful for a variety of purposes: Leaves: • Constipation • Indigestion and heartburn • Pregnancy support • Water retention Root: • Alcoholism • Constipation • Indigestion and heartburn • Liver support • Pregnancy support
Horsetail (Põldosi) Useful for: • Brittle nails • Osteoarthritis • Osteoporosis • Rheumatoid arthritis • Water retention
Calendula (Harilik saialill) Useful in the treatment of: • Eczema • Gastritis • Minor burns (includingsunburn) • Wound healing
Lemon Balm (Meliss) Useful for: • Cold and flu • Insomnia • Headache • Nervousness The crushed leaves help: • Heal wounds • Insect bites
Red Clover (Aasristik ehk punane ristik) Useful for: • Psoriasis • Cancer of the stomach • Whooping cough • Various spasms

Simply Peppermint Tea Recipe • Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 • tablespoon of dried peppermint • leaves. • Steep for 10 minutes. • If desired, sweeten with honey or • sugar.
