  2. Objective • To encourage Streamyx customer to increase voice utilisation. • Target launch date for this initiative is • 1st March 2010. • To simplify the product portfolio and communication to the market.

  3. Product Offering

  4. Product Description • This is a bundle package for broadband and voice call plan except for 384kbps speed. • For broadband , the package offering is Streamyx Combo starting from 384kbps until 4 Mbps speed. • Streamyx Combo 384kbps come together with WIRED modem and add on RM10 voice plan which is optional to the customers plus FREE Aztech DECT cordless phone. • Streamyx Combo 512kbps until 4mbps will be inclusive of voice call plan , Wifi modem and comes with FREE Panasonic DECT Phone (512kbps will get Aztech DECT Cordless Phone). • Customers will enjoy Call Plan offerings as below: • FREE Fixed to Fixed call nationwide. • Cheaper Fixed to Mobile rate depending on speed • No Call Plan Package Fee

Terms and conditions • Speed of service is on ‘best effort’ basis with 24/7 Broadband. • Service is subject to availability and technical testing. • For NEWand EXISTING customers. • This special packages valid for SUCCESSFUL Streamyx installation and activation ONLY. Thus, TM Homeline subscription before the said event is treated separately and subject to TM Homeline Terms & Conditions. • The minimum subscription period is 12 MONTHS. • If customers terminate within the minimum subscription period, RM 350 for administration fee will be charged. • Modem warranty is only for 12 months. • DECT Phone will be given to New Installation (NI) and Upgrade Speed upon Streamyx Activation. • For Voice Plan RM10/Free Voice : • Subject to 5% service tax • Customer can start enjoying voice plan on the next TM Homeline bill date after Streamyx service is activated .The voice charges before such notification(s) will be treated as normal charges. • The existing voice plan will be terminated on the next bill date after Streamyx service is activated. READ CAREFULLY & UNDERSTAND ALL T&C

Terms and conditions READ CAREFULLY & UNDERSTAND ALL T&C • For customer with existing call plan with Voice 10 , Voice 28 or ANY other call plan will be terminated automatically by system and start enjoy new call plan upon successful registration. • Zero Entry Cost for Streamyx service: • Waived activation of RM 75 • Installation of RM88 (0 Entry Cost ) for Streamyx Combo. • For NEW TM Homeline: • Connection fee of RM50 for new TM Homeline will be excluded. • Deposit fee of RM75 will be charged for TM Homeline. • Internal Wiring for TM Homeline is chargeable (RM30- RM50). • Registration for call plan effective date : immediate BP • Termination for call plan effective date: immediate BP

Terms and conditions READ CAREFULLY & UNDERSTAND ALL T&C • DECT Phone: • Applicable for New Installation (NI) and Upgrade only. • Migration to same speed will NOT be receiving Free DECT Phone. • Upgrade within this package will NOT be receiving new DECT Phone. • FREE DECT Phone will be couriered to customers. • For existing customer who does not subscribe to the above call plan, TMpoint can proceed to migrate/upgrade to the plan.

  12. BILL PRESENTMENT • The 1st bill received upon Streamyx activation include the following: • 1st month subscription fee • Advance charge of the 2nd month subscription fee. • Waiver on fixed line rental
